Puppets and Pride at The Academy Museum

1:30–2 PM: Puppet show in the Sidney Poitier Grand Lobby

2:30–4 PM: Puppeteers will be walking around the museum with puppets! Say hello!

The Academy Museum invites families to enjoy a marionette show by Bob Baker Marionette Theater!

Puppets and Pride marionette shows celebrate love, self-acceptance, and community through a musical marionette lineup of puppets performing a confection of medleys from LGBTQ+ icons, queer history, and more!

A separate museum admission ticket will be required to visit the galleries. Children 17 and under are free. An earlier performance is being held on June 7th.
